Health Guarantee and Refunds

Getting any pet is a BIG responsibility.

Please look into any pet before you choose to bring it into your home and make sure it is going to be the right pet for you!!!!

To many pets end up without homes or in shelters:( Please contact me before finding your hedgehog a home on your own!

And please NEVER put your hedgehog in a To Give Away ad!!! This is a sure way for it to end up in the wrong hands..

                   



Health Guarantee:

Critter Crazy Hedgehogs guarantees that all hedgehogs to the best of our knowledge are free from any and all health related problems and desease! All hedgehogs come with a life time guarantee against WHS (Whobbly Hedgehog Syndrome). If you believe your hedgehog has died of this, it will be replaced free of charge with a copy of a refined necropsy report from a licensed Veterinarian stating that it was in fact WHS. Your hedgehog will also be replaced if the refined necropsy report states the problem was either inherited or present at birth!!! Please keep in mind there is a lot that can cause a hedgehog to "Whobble" such as, if they get to cold, dehydrated or if they are trying to hibernate. This is why no animal will be replaced without the detailed report from the Vet..

 Refunds:

At Critter Crazy Hedgehogs we wish for the best homes for all the baby hedgehogs we sell and hope that before the purchase of one of our hedgehogs, you have looked into hedgehogs and know you want one! It is not our job or responsibility to make sure you will not change your mind! NO REFUNDS will be given if you do. We will take any hedgehog in as a rescue at any time whether it came from us or not but we can not be responsible for getting the hedgehog back to us. Please DO NOT pawn your hedgehog off on someone who does not know how to care for one or want one!

Refunds will only be given in very SPECIAL cases...
